Providing your Contact Information and your use of our Site shall be construed as a business inquiry by you of Sea View Inn, LLC(hereinafter "SVI" or “Hotel Provider”), even though SVI may not be affiliated with, or responsible for, the content contained on this Site.. You agree to hold SVI, and their related or affiliated companies harmless and hereby release and indemnify their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from entering your Contact Information or accessing this Site.

Early Check-out Policy: Early Check-out Fee is equal to 1-night room and tax deposit penalty

No Show Policy: Guests who No Show to Hotel will forfeit the entire deposit

Deposit Policy: Deposit 1: For stays less than 14-nights, a 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Deposit 2: For stays of 14-nights or more, a 7-nights room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking

Cancel Policy: Cancellation 1: Stays of less than 14-nights must cancel 7-days or more prior to arrival by 4pm hotel time, or forfeit the 1-nights room and tax deposit. Cancellation 2: Cancels must be made 30-days or more prior to arrival for stays of 14-nights or more or forfeit the 7-nights room and tax deposit.

Payment Policy: After the initial deposit is successfully collected from the guest, reservations for stays of 14-nights or more require a full pre-payment for the next 7 room night’s stay, plus any applicable taxes. Pre-payment will be due 24-hours prior to the next set of 7 consecutive room night’s stay. Failure of pre-payment will result in cancellation of reservation for any remaining room nights and the Early Check-out Policy will be applied.

Terms & Conditions: Guest agrees to all Terms & Conditions and Policy requirements upon completion of a reservation. All reservations require a credit card for the deposit payment and a credit card must remain on file for the entire length of the reservation, even if any or all deposits are paid in cash. An additional refundable Damage Deposit of $250 will be required upon check-in for stays of 14-nights or more. If no damage is found to the unit upon check-out, the $250 Damage Deposit will be refunded. If any damage is caused by the guest to the unit and/or to the property, the Damage Deposit will be forfeited and the guest may be subject to further property damage fees, up to and including legal action, as stated in the Damage Policy. For reservations that cancel prior to arrival, the remainder of the reservation will be canceled and no further charges will be incurred. For reservations that cancel or alter their check-out date after check-in or during their stay, the Early Check-out Policy will apply. For any 2-Week, 3-Week or 30-Day rate plan reservations that check-out early and complete a stay of less than the number of room nights required to meet the discount, the guest will be charged at the current Best Available Rate for all room nights stayed and will not be granted the 2-Week, 3-Week or 30-Day discount. All reservations may or may not be extended at the same rate and/or in the same room type as an existing confirmed reservation. An extension request of an already confirmed reservation, at any time, is subject to the requirement of a new reservation for the additional date(s) and will be subject to availability and prevailing rates at that time. Guest may be required to change room assignment for the new reservation. Hotel policies and procedures are subject to change at any time in Sea View Inn’s sole discretion.

Damage Deposit Policy: An additional refundable Damage Deposit of $250 will be required upon check-in. If no damage is found to the unit upon check-out, the $250 Damage Deposit will be refunded. If any damage is caused by the guest to the unit and/or to the property, the Damage Deposit will be forfeited and the guest may be subject to further property damage fees, up to and including legal action, as stated in the Damage Policy.

Damage Policy: Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Housekeeping Policy: All reservations will receive one full service room cleaning for every 7-nights, which is defined as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in tiled areas, linen and towel change, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and patio (if applicable) and replenishment of toiletries and toilet paper. Day of service is determined at the time of room assignment and will be communicated during check-in. Additional housekeeping services are available a-la-carte and can be purchased from the Front Desk at the time of check-in and will be based on availability. The full service room cleaning a-la-carte fee is $75 per service for the 1-bedroom Suites and $125 per service for the 2-bedroom Suites.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on property or in the guestrooms. A penalty fee of $250 plus the cost of a specialty cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed to the reservation if a pet is found in the unit. Please contact the property directly for pre-authorization of service animals. Service animals will be allowed strictly at the discretion of management.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the guestrooms and is strictly enforced. A penalty fee of $250 plus the cost of a specialty cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed to the reservation.

Nightly Rental Reservations: Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in U.S. dollars, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, seasonal upgrade charges, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions.

Tax Policy: Taxes are estimated based on a (tax %) % per room per night tax. Changes in taxes applied after booking may affect the total rate for your stay.

Overbooking Policy: In the extraordinary event of non-availability, due to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, a substitute hotel of the same or higher quality may be used.

Non-Transferable Policy: Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted.

Deposit Refund: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks, or 1 to 2 statement billing cycles, for the processing of refunds.

Please Note the Following: Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation.
