By using this Site, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions: By providing your name, address, telephone, or electronic mail address (collectively my "Contact Information") or otherwise using this Site, you consent to and request for us to contact you to discuss this offer and the services and products we provide. Providing your Contact Information and your use of our Site shall be construed as a business inquiry by you of Sea View Inn, LLC(hereinafter "SVI" or “Hotel Provider”), even though SVI may not be affiliated with, or responsible for, the content contained on this Site.. You agree to hold SVI, and their related or affiliated companies harmless and hereby release and indemnify their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from entering your Contact Information or accessing this Site.

HOTEL POLICIES:

Minimum Age for Room Reservation: 21 years or older

CREDIT CARD POLICIES:
Credit Card Payments only are accepted, no cash payments for any service or room rate is accepted by the property.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
For stays less than 14-nights, a 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

For stays of 14-nights or more, a 7-nights room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Early check-in is by request only and cannot be guaranteed. You may arrive to the resort early and enjoy the sun deck and beach access, however there are no public restrooms available on the resort grounds. Juan Ponce De Leon Landing has public beach access with public restroom facilities and is located just 1/2-mile north of the resort.

EARLY CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Early Check-out Fee is 1-night room and tax deposit penalty, unless otherwise stated.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Late check-out is by request only and cannot be guaranteed until day of check-in. Should we be able to accommodate a late check-out request, the Late Check-out Fee is $75.00 for a check-out time of 1pm EST, or at the discretion of Management.

CANCEL POLICY:
Cancels must be made 7-days or more prior to arrival for stays of less than 14-nights or forfeit the 1-night room and tax deposit

Cancels must be made 30-days or more prior to arrival for stays of 14-nights or more or forfeit the 7-nights room and tax deposit.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Guests who No Show to Hotel will forfeit the entire deposit.

PAYMENT POLICY:
After the initial deposit is successfully collected from the guest at the time of booking, full and final payment is due at the time of check-in. Failure to produce final payment at check-in will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR 14+ NIGHT STAYS:
After the initial deposit is successfully collected from the guest, reservations for stays of 14-nights or more require a full pre-payment for the next 7 room nights stay, plus any applicable taxes. Pre-payment will be due 24-hours prior to the next set of 7 consecutive room nights stay. Failure of pre-payment will result in cancellation of reservation for any remaining room nights and the Early Check-out Policy will be applied.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking of any kind, including alternative devices, is not allowed in the guestrooms and is strictly enforced. A Smoking Fee of $250 plus the cost of a Specialty Cleaning Fee of $150 will be assessed to the reservation, for a total of $400 in penalty fees. Additionally, any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and will be charged for the entire stay, in addition to the penalty fees.

OVERBOOKING POLICY:
In the extraordinary event of non-availability, due to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, a substitute hotel of the same or higher quality may be used.

NON-TRANSFERRABLE POLICY:
Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted.

PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed on property or in the guestrooms. An Unauthorized Pet Fee of $250 plus the cost of a Specialty Cleaning Fee of $150, for a total of $400 USD, will be assessed to the reservation if a pet is found in the unit.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Please contact the property directly for pre-authorization of service animals. Service animals will be allowed strictly at the discretion of management and subject to the applicable law. Please note that titles II and III of the ADA state that emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals/dogs.

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY:
Resort provides complimentary K-cups upon arrival, bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and toiletries upon check-in and may be replenished by request. Please text or call the Property Manager should you need a replenishment of any item.

All reservations will receive one full service room cleaning for every 7-nights stayed, which is defined as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in tiled areas, linen and towel change, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and patio (if applicable) and replenishment of toiletries and toilet paper. Day of service will be determined at check-in with the Property Manager. Additional housekeeping services are available a-la-carte and can be purchased from the Property Manager at any time. Please note that extra services are subject to availability.

HOUSEKEEPING A-LA-CARTE FEES:
The full service room cleaning a-la-carte fees are as follows: $75 USD per service for Suites 2, 4, 5, 6 and $125 USD per service for Suites 1, 3, 8.

DAMAGE POLICY:
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, decor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning.

A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Guest agrees to all Terms & Conditions and Policy requirements upon completion of a reservation. All reservations require a credit card for all payments, and a valid credit card must remain on file for the entire length of the reservation. No cash payments for any services, fees or room rate is accepted by the property. For reservations that cancel prior to arrival, the remainder of the reservation will be canceled and no further charges will be incurred. For reservations that cancel or alter their check-out date after check-in or during their stay, the Early Check-out Policy will apply.

For any 2-Week, 3-Week or 30-Day rate plan reservations that check-out early and complete a stay of less than the number of room nights required to meet the discount, the guest will be charged at the current Best Available Rate for all room nights stayed and will not be granted the 2-Week, 3-Week or 30-Day discount.

All reservations may or may not be extended at the same rate and/or in the same room type as an existing confirmed reservation and guests may be required to change room assignment.

Hotel policies and procedures are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Sea View Inn.

Please Note the Following: Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation.
